Introduced book concept and later submitted proposal to Lyons Press. Acted as liaison between client (CMHC Foundation) and publisher throughout project. Hired and reviewed writers, art directed photo-grapher. Directed participating chefs and food organizations with their recipe submissions and story profiles. Managed workflow and production of project. Designed cover and interior pages.
